DURHAM POLICE HEADQUARTERS
Rainstorm Solutions was awarded the contract for the Erosion and storm water control measures for the preconstruction for the new Durham Police Headquarters located in downtown Durham in mid-2016. Upon completion of that portion of the contract we were then awarded the grading contract for the same site. Still in the early stages of the construction Rainstorm Solutions has completed about 75% of the grading work on the site.
Wicker Community Center addition for Central Carolina Community College
Rainstorm Solutions began this project in 2017 for the NC State Construction Office for their Central Carolina Community College located in Sanford, NC. We provided a variety of services, beginning with the demolition of existing parking lots, curb & gutter and asphalt. We installed two building pad sites, 3 storm drain ponds, a 24” RCP storm drain system and two new additional parking lots. The final results of this project will provide CCCC with a New Health Services Center Building as well as a new addition to the Dennis Wicker Civic Center.
